This Renaissance Henry II oak buffet server hutch features a uniquely beautiful double arch on its upper center door. As the name Henry II style suggests, this style was personally pioneered by the king himself. Carved from oak wood, this piece features a cabinet and drawers that provides ample storage. Eight individually turned columns flank the upper doors of this antique French oak server, and two turned urn-shaped columns support its weight. The two lower doors are carved with geometric symmetry. Their diamond-shaped carvings enclose bunches of lifelike leaves. Though large, the open spindle railing across the top of this antique French carved Henry II oak buffet and the bun feet supporting it give this piece a lighter air.
