Such a sweet antique Art Deco Buffet will attract oohs and aahs wherever you place it in your home! The Art Deco buffet was crafted in France circa 1920 and the solid oak wood has a richly aged tone. Darling little rosebuds are carved into the buffet doors accented by the sweeping curved lines that are characteristic of the early Art Deco style. A long beveled mirrored panel at the back of the buffet between the upper and lower cabinets adds a very decorative touch, creating a sense of light and possibly reflecting back any objects you choose to display on the red marble counter top. That red marble looks stunning and the raised slab of marble in the center creates yet more visual interest as well as a built in platform to display extra special items. The curving supports for the top hutch is also charmingly carved. Overall, this Art Deco buffet is designed to please and it will look equally lovely in a residence with Art Deco or MidCentury Modern decor or in a cottage style home.
