Comment: The Art Nouveau style of antique furniture is always so graceful and feminine, and you can see the proof in this fantastic antique French Art Nouveau buffet. The antique buffet is exquisitely carved in walnut wood and it dates to around the year 1900. It was crafted in France and the craftsmen truly knew their craft! The five doors boast delicious carvings including swags and garlands, fruits and foliage, and what looks like cornucopias, or horns of plenty, filled with an abundance of fruit on the lower cabinet doors. This is certainly the kind of fruitful and festive blessing that most of us want when we are entertaining our friends or sharing a family celebration! Also notice the shells on the ledge topping the buffet, flanked by pretty fleur-de-lis designs. Elegant brass toned hardware also enhances the French allure. Two drawers add to the storage options on this fine antique French Art Nouveau buffet.
