Comment:
This large vintage French oak wood buffet in the Renaissance style will make a tremendously powerful impression wherever you place it in your home. The buffet dates to about 1950 and it was made in France in oak wood. It is beautifully carved with fleur-de-lis, foliage and flowers. If you look at the center top of the buffet you will also see a carved figurehead. The large buffet measures more than 6 feet wide and 70 inches high. You can see by the scale of the piece and the ornate carvings that it will look very impressive whether you use it in your dining room or great room or perhaps even place it in a large foyer or entryway to be a signature piece of furniture to greet your guests. The Renaissance style buffet features 5 doors and 3 drawers to provide ample storage for your serving dishes, flatware, stemware, linens or other household items. Handsome Old World style hardware adds to the stately air of this exceptional vintage oak Renaissance style buffet from France.
