Comment: This incredibly versatile and beautiful pair of new Chippendale style mahogany chairs with arms will be a joy to sit in and a feast for the eyes. The two high quality chairs are crafted in solid mahogany wood that is plantation grown for sustainability and kiln dried. The elegant styling is inspired by antique furniture from the 18th century made by the famous English furniture maker Thomas Chippendale. True to the Chippendale style, the chairs feature a serpentine top crest rail with scrolled acanthus foliage above a similarly carved and pierced back splat. Shaped and carved scrolled arms add to the comfort of the chairs. The arms rest on carved arm supports fastened to the shaped and carved seat frames. The lovely pair of Chippendale style chairs stands on cabriole legs and the legs end in ball and claw feet. Perhaps you will place these chairs in your dining room or perhaps enjoy them in the living room or flanking your large foyer. Or picture them as comfortable chairs to take a moments pause in your master bedroom.
